Requirements

  • 2–5 years of commission-based sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goals.
  • Proven results in driving sales, building client relationships, and generating business through outreach and clienteling.
  • Innovative and solutions-driven mindset—you find creative ways to overcome every challenge and exceed client expectations.
  • A passion for people and the ability to connect authentically.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Professional polish, attention to detail, and availability to work Saturdays (our busiest day).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in luxury sales, fine jewelry, or customer-focused retail (GIA certification a plus).
