About The Position

Grown Brilliance is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisor for their boutique in Baybrook Mall. As a brand ambassador, you will create meaningful connections, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to a successful store environment. You will build relationships with customers by understanding their needs, sharing the brand story, and providing personalized recommendations. This role supports daily sales initiatives, maintains store standards, and collaborates with teammates. Depending on business needs, this role may include opening and closing responsibilities, keyholder duties, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, balances multiple priorities with attention to detail, and brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in luxury, premium, specialty retail, hospitality, or another relationship-driven customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build authentic client relationships, deliver personalized service, and contribute to individual and team sales goals.
• Strong product storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to educate clients and create meaningful, personalized connections.
• Professional and engaging presence with the ability to confidently interact with clients, anticipate their needs, and resolve concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Highly motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a willingness to support day-to-day store operations and maintain a polished sales floor.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM and retail technology, including Endear, Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement, active listening, and personalized recommendations. Provide an elevated shopping experience by understanding customer needs and delivering thoughtful product solutions. Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Drive Sales Through Engagement: Support store sales goals through proactive customer engagement and strong selling behaviors. Develop product knowledge to educate customers, share brand stories, and build purchase confidence. Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from initial engagement through checkout.
• Support Store Operations: Maintain a customer-ready environment by supporting visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and overall store presentation. Assist with inventory tasks, shipment processing, and daily operational priorities. Complete opening and closing procedures, keyholder responsibilities, and assigned operational tasks as needed. Follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards to ensure a consistent store experience.
• Contribute to the Team: Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve store goals, support daily operations, and create a positive team environment. Remain flexible and adaptable to support changing business needs, including peak selling periods, events, and special initiatives. Bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to the success of the team.

• This role is commission-eligible, with a starting commission rate of 2% and the opportunity to earn up to 4% based on store performance.
