About The Position

Beeline is an international supplier of fashion jewelry and accessories, with brands including SIX, I AM, and TOSH. The company is hiring a seasonal, part-time Jewelry Merchandiser in Fresno for approximately 10–15 hours per week. The position is temporary and expected to last approximately three months; hours may vary based on business needs. Starting pay is $19.75 per hour.

The Jewelry Merchandiser keeps jewelry and accessories well-stocked and visually appealing in partner stores. The role involves maintaining and organizing fixtures, building relationships with store employees, and completing routine administrative tasks. Merchandisers travel to partner stores throughout their territory. Employees may be eligible for mileage reimbursement and receive a 50% discount on jewelry and accessories.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license; driving is an essential function of the role. License validity, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance will be verified regularly.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and stand, walk, reach, stoop, and kneel.
• Must have general availability to train during daytime business hours.
• Must be energetic, reliable, and good with people.
• Must learn quickly, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable following directions and making decisions when needed.
• Must be comfortable with technology, have internet access and an email account, and work effectively with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

• In metropolitan markets, an exception to the driver's license requirement may be considered with Supervisor approval.
