Jewellery Merchandiser
About The Position
Brand Momentum is seeking a Jewellery Merchandiser to join their team. This full-time role involves visiting assigned retail locations to maintain and enhance jewellery displays and product presentation. Responsibilities include ensuring products are properly stocked, organized, and displayed according to merchandising standards, setting up new displays, refreshing existing ones, and completing visual merchandising updates. The merchandiser will also maintain strong relationships with store teams, monitor inventory levels, complete merchandising tasks such as product placement and pricing updates, and submit accurate reports and photos after store visits. The role requires travel between multiple retail locations within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high presentation standards
- Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule across multiple locations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with store teams
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile applications and digital reporting tools
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs

- Previous merchandising, retail, jewellery, or visual merchandising experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail locations to maintain and enhance jewellery displays and product presentation
- Ensure products are properly stocked, organized, and displayed according to merchandising standards
- Set up new displays, refresh existing displays, and complete visual merchandising updates as required
- Maintain strong relationships with store teams and provide professional support during store visits
- Monitor inventory levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate updates when needed
- Complete merchandising tasks such as product placement, pricing updates, display maintenance, and inventory checks
- Submit accurate reports, photos, and updates following completed store visits
- Travel between multiple retail locations within the assigned territory
