About The Position

JETSET is seeking an instructor to lead 50-minute, mat-based workouts combining strength, endurance, and Pilates-inspired flow. Instructors guide clients of all levels safely and effectively, provide form corrections and creative modifications, and create an energetic, welcoming class experience. The role also involves building community and authentic relationships with clients, contributing positively to team culture, and occasionally assisting with other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Current certification in group fitness, Pilates, or personal training from a nationally recognized organization.
• Comfort leading large groups with confidence and clear instruction.
• Current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, challenging, motivating, and fun 50-minute mat-based classes.
• Represent the JETSET brand with a welcoming, outgoing, and passionate personality.
• Create and foster a strong sense of community.
• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts, offering modifications and form guidance for clients of all levels.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and contribute positively to team culture.
• Lead music-driven classes in a dynamic environment with an energetic pace.
• Be reliable and professional, and bring a positive attitude.
• Occasionally assist with other duties as needed.
