The JET Manager plays a central role in helping people move toward meaningful employment by leading the JET Community Prevocational and College Experience programs. In this leadership role, you support a dedicated team, ensure services are individualized and person centered, and help participants build confidence, independence, and workplace skills. Requirements

Bachelor's degree and over three (3) years experience in human services, preferably in the are of case management or employment related supports, or an equivalent combination.
Driving is required, reliable means of transportation and safe driving record for 1 full year prior to hire date

Responsibilities

Responsible for fostering a team approach, which promote Person Centered Planning, Self-Advocacy, and Empowerment, in an effort to assist individuals in meeting their employment outcomes, and safeguard individual rights and protections.
Performs a variety of management functions related to program planning, including but not limited to recruitment, interviewing and recommending perspective employees, orientation and training of staff, scheduling, performance development, review of external correspondence, approval of various administrative forms (i.e. requisitions), etc.
Responsible for ongoing supervision of staff associated with JET and the College experience programs, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to the satisfaction of the participant and customer.
