About The Position

Rank + Rally is looking for a detail-oriented heat press operator to join our Soto Warehouse production team. This role is responsible for operating commercial heat press equipment to produce premium-quality custom jerseys while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and production standards. This position will report directly to the Retail Warehouse manager.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating Stahls', Hotronix commercial heat press equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial heat press equipment safely and efficiently
• Apply heat transfers and sport stitched names, numbers and sponsorship patches to basketball and hockey jerseys
• Read and follow production work orders to ensure customer specifications are met
• Set proper temperatures, pressure and dwell times based on garment and transfer requirements
• Inspect garments prior to production for correct size, color and style
• Verify placement and alignment before pressing
• Perform quality inspections throughout production to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily output goals and deadlines
• Keep workstations clean, organized and safe
• Perform routine maintenance of heat press equipment
• Assist with inventory counts of garments, transfers, and production supplies
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality control standards
