Java Springboot/React Developer
About The Position
Looking for an Experienced developer in React JS & Spring Boot. This is a contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid position in Charlotte, NC. The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture.
- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Microservices.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React JS.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of AI Technologies - Co-Pilot
- Oracle SQL / PLSQL
- Salesforce Development
- Understanding of Credit / Underwriting domain
Responsibilities
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design/architect application solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
