As a Software Consultant, you are a leader by example, a subject matter expert, and you help lead strategic technical direction. You will interact with key client stakeholders regularly and use your experience to prove business ROI through innovative greenfield technology solutions. Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development experience.
• Extensive professional experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting.
• Successfully solve Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges.
• Interpersonal skills: Influencer, professionalism and accountability, passion for learning, us not them mentality, shared responsibility.
• Interest and enthusiasm for learning and growing in your career.
• Embody Callibrity's core values.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Git / GitHub, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven or other similar tool is preferred.
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Springboot, Angular, React, Version Control and Agile is preferred.
• Desired experience with Kafka and Jenkins is a plus.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform preferred.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or developing applications for a major public cloud provider is a plus.

• Thrive in an environment with close interaction among different roles and teams.
• Be admired by the client as someone they can count on, regardless of title or seniority.
