Requirements

10+ years of Experience in Java based Application Development and Maintenance
Self starter
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Customer Expectation Management
Proven experience as Onsite Manager and should have worked with Offshore Team
Team Player and able to connect with stakeholders within Onsite/Offshore and Team in Mexico
Thorough understanding of SDLC and QA Process, Metrics and Project Planning Methodologies
Understanding in Java Technology stack, Microservices based Architecture, Springboot, Hibernate, JPA, Jenkin, Junit and Mockito, AWS and AWS ecosystem of S3 Bucket, EC2 instances

Responsibilities

Java based Application Development and Maintenance
Onsite Manager duties, including working with an Offshore Team
Connecting with stakeholders within Onsite/Offshore and Team in Mexico
Understanding complex codebases and applying software and systems engineering principles
