About The Position

Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Java Kafka Developer with 7+ years of experience. This is a full-time position for a Technical Professional with proven abilities in Java development and implementation, multi-threading, and concurrency. The role requires strong skills in Spring Core, IOC, SQL Queries, and Stored Procedures, as well as experience with messaging frameworks like JMS and IBM MQ. The candidate will also work with DevOps tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Excellent customer-facing skills are essential for technical briefings and demonstrations, along with the aptitude to implement new technologies and articulate solutions.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Java development.
Experience with Kafka.
Experience with React and UI Tools.
Good hands-on experience on Java Development.
Azure exposure.
Strong understanding of relational database design and SQL Select (including related syntax/features).
Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Services (SOAP/REST), MySQL, WebSphere, Java Message Services, SQL Server.
Strong in Spring Core, IOC.
Good in SQL Queries and Stored procedures.
Exposure in Messaging framework like JMS, IBM MQ.
Good in Unix commands.
Experience with DevOps tools: Git/Bitbucket, Maven/Bamboo, Stash, TeamCity/Jenkins, Junit, Splunk.
Good Understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology & experience in working with Scrum teams.
Exposure in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
Excellent customer facing skills.
Technical aptitude to implement new technologies.
Demonstrable experience in Core Java (1.8 or higher) and Spring framework (Core, AOP, Batch), OFX Services, Micro-services, Kafka.
Strong experience of developing multi-threaded and synchronization application.
Strong experience in Web Services (SOAP and REST) with prior experience on JMS/IBM MQ.
