About The Position

As a Full Stack Engineer at Capgemini, you will contribute to application development and quality engineering by building features, developing automated tests, and supporting modernization across the technology stack. You will work as part of an Agile team to deliver high-quality software solutions while developing expertise in software engineering and test automation. The posted locations are Westlake, Texas, and Smithfield, Rhode Island.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of development experience.
• Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Exposure to Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
• Understanding of API testing concepts.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Basic SQL and database knowledge.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Develop application features using Angular, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Create and maintain automated test cases using Playwright.
• Support API and UI automation efforts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Execute unit, integration, and automation testing.
• Assist with application modernization and refactoring efforts.
• Support CI/CD pipeline maintenance.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues.
• Follow secure coding and quality engineering standards.
