About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer with strong experience in modern Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud-native development, and Angular. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience
• Java 21+ preferred
• Strong Spring Boot and Microservices expertise
• Angular 19+ and RxJS
• Docker and cloud-native application development
• Kafka and message queue technologies
• Relational and NoSQL databases
• Advanced SQL — query optimization, joins, stored procedures, database design
• AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf
• Git and Agile methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to go for in-person client interview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications and microservices
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
• Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker
• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and MQ
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical delivery
