We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to design and build cloud-ready,
microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate has strong backend
development skills with modern Java frameworks, hands-on microservices and
container orchestration experience, working knowledge of front-end
frameworks, and familiarity with AWS and DevOps toolchains.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing applications using Java 8+/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building microservices with Spring Boot and developing/consuming REST APIs.
• Strong expertise in ORM frameworks such as JPA / Hibernate.
• Practical experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• 2+ years working with a modern UI framework (Angular or React).
• 1+ years designing and implementing cloud solutions using AWS services (e.g., EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda).
• Good experience with RDBMS systems, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Strong familiarity with DevOps toolchain components (Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven or Gradle, Git or Bitbucket).
• Solid understanding of core technical concepts including security, transactions, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Quick learner with the ability to adopt new technologies and tools.
• Able to work independently and contribute to project success.
• Comfortable participating in technical discussions to understand design, build processes, and deployment activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing OAuth using Ping Identity.
• Familiarity with API management platforms (e.g., Apigee) and service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio).
• Experience with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Experience with message-queue based architectures.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Scripting experience with Unix shell and/or Python.
• AWS certification is preferred.
