About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and developing robust technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on both backend Java development and frontend Angular expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise-grade systems, particularly within the financial services domain. Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms like AWS is essential. A mandatory requirement for this position is experience in Fraud Prevention.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
6–10 years of proven success designing technical solutions and hands-on development experience using Java.
Strong back-end application development expertise, with extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, and AngularJS.
Strong experience in Angular development and architecture.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Fraud Prevention domain experience is mandatory.
Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, unit, functional and integration testing, test automation, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise-grade systems on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience building container-based systems, with hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and managed orchestration platforms such as EKS.
Proven ability to design systems using modern distributed architecture patterns.
Demonstrated critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and architecture teams.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CockroachDB is a plus.
Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies and best practices (highly preferred).
