About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This is a 100% onsite role for a W2 opportunity, open to USC/GC/GC EAD candidates. The role involves developing and deploying applications, with a focus on Java, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, React, AWS, and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Java-based frameworks, preferably Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Working experience with React / React.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS application development and deployment.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of software development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working on large-scale banking or financial services applications.
• Experience in enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-native application development.
• Familiarity with large financial-services technology environments is a plus.

Responsibilities
