About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in Java/J2EE and front-end technologies like Angular. The role requires a strong understanding of Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, and experience with low-latency applications and Kafka. The ideal candidate will be proficient in web services protocols (REST, SOAP, gRPC), API design, and have experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and DB2. Experience in Capital Markets, Trading, or Banking is essential, along with knowledge of OOD, SOA principles, and working in a UNIX environment. Familiarity with UNIX shell scripts, cloud service mesh, and containers is also required. The position is for a long-term contract, looking for W2 candidates only (no C2C).

Requirements

11 years of experience.
Strong proficiency with Java/J2EE.
Strong experience with Angular 8, TypeScript, and SCSS.
Excellent JavaScript and CSS skills.
Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate.
Work experience on low-latency applications.
Hands-on Kafka work experience.
Good understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP, gRPC.
API design for extensibility and portability.
Capital Market, Trading, Banking work experience.
Experience writing SQL queries for Relational Database (Microsoft SQL Server, DB2).
Well-versed with OOD and SOA principles.
Experience of working in a UNIX environment.
Knowledge of UNIX based shell scripts.
Working knowledge of cloud service mesh and containers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with SCRUM, Agile, and iterative approaches.
