About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on modern Angular versions (15 and above). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-level applications, with a deep understanding of both backend Java (Spring Boot) and frontend Angular development. A significant portion of this role involves leveraging and guiding AI agents within the software development lifecycle, including defining architectural intent, breaking down features into agent-executable tasks, governing AI autonomy, and integrating agentic workflows into CI/CD pipelines. Experience with multi-service systems, legacy modernization, and large codebases/monorepos using AI agents is crucial. A strong grasp of the security, compliance, auditability, and traceability implications of autonomous code execution is also essential.

Requirements

  • 7+ years full-stack experience
  • 5+ years recent Angular (v15+)
  • 5+ years Java (Spring Boot)
  • 5+ years SQL Server (writing queries, indexing, performance tuning—not just CRUD)
  • Proven experience architecting and delivering systems using agentic IDEs
  • Strong understanding of security implications of autonomous code execution
  • Strong understanding of compliance, auditability, and traceability
  • Strong understanding of AI assisted SDLC operating models

Nice To Haves

  • Has worked on production enterprise applications
  • Can explain architecture decisions, not just code

Responsibilities

  • Define architectural intent that agents can follow
  • Break features into agent executable tasks
  • Govern AI autonomy (guardrails, permissions, reviews)
  • Integrate agentic workflows into CI/CD pipelines
  • Supervise AI agents across multi-service systems, legacy modernization, and large codebases/monorepos
  • Guide effective use of agentic IDEs for complex, multi-module or cross-service changes
  • Establish review practices and quality checks for AI-generated code
  • Mentor team members on balancing autonomy, correctness, and maintainability in AI-assisted development
  • Design system architectures that support AI-augmented and agentic development workflows
  • Define guardrails, standards, and governance for the use of autonomous coding agents
  • Evaluate impact of agentic IDEs on SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, security posture, and technical debt
