About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and extensive experience in backend development using Java, Python, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Java/JDK features and JVM internals, along with expert-level experience in the Spring Framework. This role requires proficiency in cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, and database technologies like MySQL and PostgreSQL. Experience in developing AI-powered applications, including LLM integration, and working with Elasticsearch and vector databases is crucial. The position also emphasizes the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in designing high-performance, scalable systems. Excellent collaboration skills are essential for working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, operating systems, and networking.
Strong backend experience in Java, Python and JavaScript.
Deep knowledge of Java/JDK features.
Strong understanding of JVM internals, including memory models, garbage collection and class loading mechanisms.
Expert-level experience with Spring Framework (IoC, AOP), including Spring Boot, Spring Security (OAuth2/JWT), and Spring Data.
Solid hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and feature flag tools.
Proficient in MySQL and PostgreSQL, skilled in SQL query optimization.
Experience working with Elasticsearch and vector databases for embedding-based search and retrieval.
Ability to translate business needs into optimal technical implementations while balancing technical debt and delivery speed.
Strong problem-solving mindset to handle complex technical challenges and make informed architectural decisions.
Experience in high-performance, scalable system design.
Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science.

Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
Experience in developing AI-powered applications, including LLM integration and prompt engineering concepts.
Advanced use of Redis, including RedLock for distributed locking, Streams for event processing, and hot key detection techniques.
