Java Full Stack Developer
About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience in software development and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Python, and Full Stack Development, with a particular focus on backend development. This role requires hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, along with excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and technical analysis skills. A solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is essential. The position also involves experience integrating with or supporting third-party enterprise applications, including Workforce Management (WFM), CRM, and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) platforms. The ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, is crucial for success in this role.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development and business analysis.
- Strong expertise in Java, Python, and Full Stack Development with a focus on backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and technical analysis skills.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and Python, with a strong emphasis on backend services.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and support integrations with GCP, BigQuery, and third-party systems such as WFM, CRM, and ACD platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, support system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
