About The Position

This role is for a Java Full Stack Developer with prior experience at Microsoft. The developer will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing project plans, tracking progress, and managing changes. The position requires leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and managing project risks. The developer will ensure projects adhere to quality standards, conduct testing and validation, and identify process improvements for automation, efficiency, and scalability. The role involves working knowledge of Java projects, SDLC methodologies, API and backend programming, multithreaded environments, and designing modular, object-oriented code. Proficiency in scripting languages and familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD tools are also required.

Working knowledge and experience in handling Java projects.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling projects in Java (Java, Spring, Redis, Postgres, Mysql, Discourse, gRPC, Kubernetes, Teraform, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana)
Knowledge in API programming and backend programming, Multithreaded environments, building and debugging complex systems in a team environment.
Development experience in Java or Python and experience designing modular, object-oriented code
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell).
Knowledge and some experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD))
