Requirements

Strong proficiency in Fullstack engineering including Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, Microservices, testing frameworks (Jasmine/ Karma), CI/CD pipelines, MongoDB, SQL and Azure cloud.

Ability to analyze, design, and develop scalable and secure architectures.
Ability to assess multiple technologies, tools and frameworks to recommend optimal solutions.
Understanding of integration methodologies, proof-of-concept validation and deployment strategies.
Ability to document architectural frameworks and solutions.
Proactive communication with internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Ability to keep up with technical advancements to ensure relevant and effective recommendations.
Ability to maintain standards and ensure smooth transition through knowledge transfer.
Ability to provide technical oversight across multiple POD teams, ensuring consistency in technical standards and leveraging the expertise of senior team members to achieve project outcomes.
Ability to articulate solution approach to both business & IT stakeholders at low/mid/senior levels, from concept phase through build and deployment to support phase, gain their confidence.
Ability to work closely with client stakeholders including engineering leads, Product team & solution architects etc.
Ability to think strategically about software systems, designing solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and align with business needs.
Finance (trading, investing, clearing, reporting, servicing, wealth data) domain knowledge is a must.
Ability to review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
Experience in application and development of standards and policies - both technical and methodology.
Experience to work in a Global delivery environment.
Experience in Cloud based development platforms and end to end integration.
Familiarity with agile development processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation.
Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options.
Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions.
Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases.
Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape.
Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository.
