Requirements
- 5–7 years of solid hands-on experience using Core Java, Spring Boot, Kafka/MQ, Microservices architecture.
- Strong experience in SQL (DB2/Sybase), Shell/Unix, and Python/Perl, with good problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain/projects.
- Exposure to GitHub Copilot and Spec-Driven Development practices is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, self-driven attitude, and passion for innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and implement microservices architecture and integrate Kafka/MQ messaging systems.
- Perform database development, data modeling, and performance tuning using SQL (DB2/Sybase).
- Develop scripts using Shell/Unix, Python, or Perl, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
