About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Oracle ADF to join our team. This role involves full-cycle development, from requirement analysis and design to testing and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle ADF, Java technologies, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. Experience with Kafka integrations, cloud deployment tools, and various application servers is also essential. This is an onsite position requiring strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to learning and tackling challenging tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of development experience in Oracle ADF11g/12C
• Angular and Java technologies
• Spring boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, REST API, Kafka integrations
• Experienced in MVC Architecture using Oracle Application Development Framework (Oracle ADF).
• Good knowledge of Oracle ADF Framework on the Oracle Fusion Middleware Platform.
• Extensively worked on Oracle ADF Business Components (EO, VO, View Link, Entity Association, and AM) and faces.
• Good exposure in implementing ADF security, internationalization, and client interface methods.
• Excellent Hands-on experience with Java frameworks like Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Struts etc
• Extensive working experience with modern build and deployment tools on cloud with CI/CD build automation tools, Maven, Jenkins and uDeploy and production deployments with WebLogic, JBoss and Apache Tomcat servers.
• Experience in Apache Kafka message implementations and their integrations
• Good working experience in Java and Spring boot microservices deployed into Docker containers.
• Very good hands-on experience in creating and integrating web services into Web applications.
• Strong Communication skills and a good team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, commitment, result oriented, hardworking with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies and undertake challenging tasks.
• Ability to understand business plans and apply that information into the development of an IT business case
• Anticipates problems, resistance or likely objections and takes action to resolve them
• Ability to guide, train and mentor associate engineers
• Highly skilled in developing quantitative cost/benefit analysis to measure improvements
• Proficient in organizational processes as well as capable of assessing and initiating change of such processes

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare and/or Customer Service capability experience is a plus
• Experience with developing and deploying Pega applications on Azure or similar cloud platform

Responsibilities

• Involved in Requirement Analysis, Estimation, Detailed Design, development, Unit Testing/System Testing, defect fixing.
• Experience designing and developing highly scalable and secure Pega Applications.
• Experience integrating legacy systems with the Pega Platform.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis in the Pega ecosystem to quickly address and fix system issues.
• Ability to integrate with external systems of record with the Pega Platform.
• Ability to understand an existing business process and collaboratively develop a more efficient and automated workflow.
