About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Mid/Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust Java applications that support both internal and external business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Ensuring adherence to best coding practices, participating in code reviews, and troubleshooting applications are key aspects of this position. You will also work with DevOps teams to streamline deployments and improve system reliability, while continuously learning and staying updated with the latest Java technologies and frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java programming and development frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
