Java Developer / React Developer
About The Position
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable applications, leveraging cloud-native solutions. Exposure to AI/ML technologies will be considered a plus, as we aim to integrate intelligent features into our systems. We are seeking a skilled React Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building modern, scalable web applications using React, with additional experience in Octagon. Familiarity with backend technologies will be considered a significant advantage.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (compute, storage, networking, databases).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6 ).
- Hands-on experience with Octagon framework.
- Understanding of state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
- 2 years of experience working with AWS cloud services.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or AWS AI services).
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or similar).
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and related frameworks.
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in cloud environments.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for cloud-native development.
- Explore and integrate AI/ML capabilities where applicable to enhance product features.
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Implement clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve development processes.
