Java Developer & Lead

We are looking for a Java Developer & Lead who will be responsible for writing scripts and creating automation environments for repeated tests. The ideal candidate will have experience with different automation tools and will design, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions. The main goal of this role is to automate as much of the testing effort as possible with minimal code.

• Write scripts and create automation environments for repeated tests
• Design, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions
• Automate as much of the testing effort as possible with a minimum set of code
• Have technical knowledge in Java development and JSF framework
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology
• Leadership skills to plan, design, and execute IT projects
• Ability to work towards business objectives and follow IT methodology
• Experience in the payments industry or similar in a banking institution is desirable
• Fluent in English is desirable
• Ability to manage high-performance teams
• Collaborate with strategic areas such as DPS, Architecture, and business
• Knowledge of change control processes in the banking industry
• 2 years of experience in the banking industry
• Intermediate level of English proficiency
