About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Java Lead person with over 10 years of IT experience to join our team as a Java Backend Lead Developer in the Banking/Finance domain. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Southlake, TX, requiring 3 days a week onsite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend project development, API experience, and a proven track record in managing onshore/offshore and nearshore teams from the US. You will be responsible for hands-on coding and leading development efforts within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Java, PCF, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Kafka.
• Must be currently doing hands-on coding in projects.
• Proven Team Lead experience (at least 2 years) managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US.
• Strong and hardcore backend project development experience.
• Experience with API development.
• Hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Experience in the Banking/Finance domain.

Responsibilities
