About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java backend developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable Java applications. You will be responsible for leading a team of Java developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring best practices in software development. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in the full software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment), and debugging and resolving technical issues and production defects. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and DevOps.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience as a Java backend developer.
• Highly skilled in Java.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Java applications.
• Experience in leading a team of Java developers.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience in debugging and resolving technical issues and production defects.
