About The Position

Evolution is seeking a vivacious and engaging Online Casino Dealer to host iconic casino games like Blackjack, Poker, and Roulette. This role operates 24/7, requiring rotation between day, evening, and overnight shifts from a state-of-the-art studio in Central Burnaby. The dealer will interact with unlimited virtual players, introduce games and winners, handle cards, spin wheels, and engage in friendly conversation on various topics. The position requires a presentable and confident demeanor on camera, adherence to game updates, and positive closing remarks.

Requirements

Age 19+
Must be available and committed to working overnight shifts (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM), including weekends and public holidays.
Must be comfortable with wearing light theatrical makeup, including foundation and blush, as part of the on-camera presentation.
Fluent in Japanese, working knowledge of English

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically introduce players, the rules of the game and the winners
Deal cards, spin a wheel, and announce winners
Use quick and accurate handling of cards
Research appropriate topics and trivia to discuss with the audience
Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game
Engage in friendly conversation, without offering your opinion (sports, music, and trivia facts)
Be presentable and confident in front of the camera
Always use a positive parting remark to end the game conversation
