About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the main facility, corporate offices, and off-campus locations in a sanitary and infection-free condition. This includes washing, cleaning, and replacing equipment, as well as responsible disposal of trash. The position requires following procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage, cleaning floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, servicing and cleaning restrooms, and cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Other related work may be required.

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively lift heavy equipment of 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Positive attitude when working with others.
• Knowledge of employment, safety, and warehouse policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain main facility, corporate offices, and off-campus locations in a sanitary and infection-free condition.
• Wash, clean, and replace equipment.
• Dispose of trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Perform other related work as required.
