About The Position
The Janitorial/Cleaner is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and presentable common areas throughout a condominium community consisting of five four-story buildings, each with 24 units, as well as two clubhouses. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work independently while assisting teammates as needed.

- Must live within 30 minutes of the Boca Raton area.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas throughout all five buildings and two clubhouses.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and blow designated interior and exterior areas.
- Clean and maintain: Office areas, Main rooms, Kitchens, Pool bathrooms, Catwalks on all floors, Elevators in each building, Stairways in each building, Common areas near building entrances.
- Empty and dispose of trash from designated receptacles.
- Restock paper products, cleaning supplies, and chemicals as needed.
- Hose down and clean building catwalks on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas for residents, guests, and staff.
- Assist other team members with cleaning and community maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or areas requiring additional attention to management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
