About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining the office building, shower facility and main employee break room in a sanitary and orderly condition including laundering clothes/towels while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to policies and procedures.

Requirements

Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months.
Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full-time students consecutively for the last 36 months.
Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.
Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid contact with any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.).
Must be willing to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines.
Must regularly lift and/or move, up to 35 pounds to move items such as cases of synergize, bleach, etc.; tools, wheeled cart, may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to apx 50 pounds such as coffee and laundry supplies, etc.
Must have good communication skills to accurately convey opinions and concerns.

Nice To Haves

Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience will be considered preferred.

Responsibilities

Launder clothes and towels to maintain an adequate supply for all team members.
Clean break offices/break room/restroom/ shower facility to include floors, walls, windows, and furniture to ensure a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment.
Order and retrieve supplies; and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
