About The Position

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring janitorial workers in a professional setting for Union Buildings. This position requires government clearance, a clean background, and the ability to apply for GSA badging including fingerprints. A REAL ID is also required. Multiple shifts are available, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Union Dues are required after 90 days of employment.

Requirements

Must have a REAL ID
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Professional and well-groomed appearance
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
Clean background required

Responsibilities

Clean carpets
Receive supplies from dock
Empty trash containers
Clean bathrooms
Vacuum all carpeted floors
Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
Notify supervisor of any problems
Perform other janitorial duties as required
