About The Position

This is a part-time Janitorial position with regular shifts available. Shifts vary by location and can be 5 or 6 hours a day, or 4-hour shifts for Day Porter positions. Overnight shifts may be required one day per week. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various areas within a store, including floors, restrooms, trash bins, machinery, and backrooms. Mobile application proficiency is required for payroll and timekeeping.

Requirements

• Documentation to work in the U.S.
• Must be available to work overnights and weekends.
• Must work during the holidays, end of year - required - blackout dates.
• Must have slip-resistant shoes at all times.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull a maximum of 50 pounds (trash, boxes).
• Must be able to operate equipment weighing up to 200 pounds (i.e., push and pull machinery).
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and extend to reach required areas.
• Must wear a uniform t-shirt to enter the location and present a virtual badge ID.
• Must use closed-toe shoes at all times.
• Must be mobile application savvy for payroll and timekeeping applications.

Responsibilities

• Wash, buff, and maintain tile and carpet floors.
• Clean restrooms and maintain soap and paper stock.
• Clean and disinfect trash bins.
• Remove stains from carpets.
• Detailed cleaning of gondolas, corner guards, and machinery after use.
• Pick up trash throughout the store, including the front.
• Maintain the backroom organized and stocked with chemicals.
