About The Position

This role involves various janitorial duties depending on the specific position, including general cleaning, trash removal, restroom maintenance, floor care, and potentially supervisory responsibilities. A valid SC Driver's License and MVR are required.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs repetitively

Responsibilities

• General cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Restocking bathrooms and putting away supplies.
• Supervising employees, coordinating with employees to complete special tasks, assisting the Manager in ensuring buildings are being cleaned per the scope.
• Clearing out of storm drains, room/event set up & break down, use of forklift to move cardboard, sweeping and mopping floors around machines, removing metal chip, cleaning windows and bathrooms, emptying trash and removing cardboard, cleaning storage areas outside the plant, using a pressure washer to clean concrete areas outside, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Stripping and waxing of floors, buffing floors, using various types of floor care equipment, as well as any cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
