About The Position

Cleaning company seeking a reliable candidate with experience to clean a building part-time, 5 times a week. The monthly salary is $850.00. Candidates must have experience and be able to pass a background screen. Jessica can answer any questions at (cell #)207-749-1201.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a janitor
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Must be able to pass background screen

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety procedures by handling cleaning equipment and supplies according to company protocol
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
• Gather and empty trash; replace liners
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms, break rooms, and other areas as instructed
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
• Polish windows and frames; other surfaces as assigned
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and other duties as outlined in the scope of work
• Other duties as assigned
