About The Position
Intec Building Services is hiring dependable janitorial employees for multiple locations throughout Louisville, Kentucky. Employees will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized facilities.
Requirements
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Must be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must follow attendance, safety, uniform, and cellphone policies
- Reliable transportation is required
Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required
- Training will be provided
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean assigned areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Refill soap, paper products, and other supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean spills and report safety hazards immediately
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- Follow all site-specific safety rules and procedures
- Complete assigned duties during the scheduled shift
