About The Position

We are a well-established residential cleaning company that is expanding our services and looking to fill one Full-Time Janitorial Technician position. If you're dependable, experienced, and take pride in delivering quality work, we'd love to hear from you! We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us. This position has the potential to advance into an Inspector or Manager role for individuals who demonstrate leadership, reliability, and outstanding performance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English to understand safety instructions, work orders, cleaning procedures, and communicate with supervisors and customers as needed
• Valid California driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current vehicle registration
• Proof of automobile insurance showing your name on the policy

Nice To Haves

• Janitorial certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial janitorial cleaning services
• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash
• Restock supplies as needed
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Report maintenance issues or supply needs
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
