Requirements

Experience with janitorial work in a medical environment is required
Applicants must possess unrestricted, current authorization to work in the U.S. and not require future sponsorship for an employment-based green card.

Nice To Haves

Veterinary experience is preferred
Previous experience in a housekeeping position is preferred

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning of the hospital rooms and exterior grounds as outlined in housekeeping SOP's and checklists
Communicate with Nursing Shift Supervisors (NSS) and Assistant Client Service Rep Managers (ACSRM) to facilitate a clean and safe work environment and report issues in the absence of the Facilities Manager
Notify Facilities Manager of repairs or supplies needed for facilities maintenance
Handle patient bodily fluids and hazardous materials under protected conditions
Ability to work a variable schedule which requires weekends, holidays, and reliable transportation
Ability to learn practice software and possess general computer skills
Ability to work quickly and efficiently with attention to detail
Ability to handle delicate situations tactfully and with compassion while upholding policies
Ability to maintain a pleasant, professional, and empathetic demeanor at all times
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
