About The Position
Team MJV is a Building Service Contractor throughout Indiana and Michigan. We embrace Team Members and are looking for individuals to join our team. No experience is preferred as our trainers will provide all necessary training. Our coaches guide, encourage, and teach each team member to effectively execute the scope of work for each customer partner. We pride our team on being professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the cleanliness of a job site.
- Provide and maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with Team MJV guidelines and current OSHA standards and regulations.
- Perform all general cleaning duties.
- Train new team members.
- Lead the job site team by Team MJV and customer policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper knowledge, use, and maintenance of equipment, products, and supplies.
