About The Position

As our Janitorial Section Leader, you will guide our day-to-day cleaning operations and support our hardworking team. In this role as a Custodial Team Lead, you will lead and support team members in maintaining top-tier cleanliness across assigned areas. You will perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside your team, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation. You will inspect work areas to ensure high standards of quality and safety. You will also assist with training new team members and managing equipment and supplies. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with managers and site contacts to keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements

Previous cleaning or custodial experience required
Prior experience as a Janitorial Section Leader, Custodial Team Lead, or Cleaning Supervisor.
Strong communication skills and a reliable, positive attitude.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout your shift.
Passion for leading by example and maintaining clean, safe spaces.
