About The Position

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is looking for a motivated Janitorial Team Lead to join their team in Natrona Heights, PA. This position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills, earn extra income, and build a path toward management within a company that promotes from within. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist janitorial team members
• Train, coach, and support employees
• Perform quality inspections and ensure standards are met
• Provide coverage when staffing needs arise
• Track labor hours and support operational goals
• Place weekly supply orders
• Communicate schedule, policy, and procedure updates
• Work closely with the Account Manager
• Identify opportunities to improve service
• Help maintain a positive, productive work environment
