About The Position

Frantz Building Services is seeking a Full-Time Janitorial Team Coordinator for our Bowling Green location. This role involves daily checks at multiple locations, requiring driving and performing cleaning duties to a high standard while adhering to production and supply budgets. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, projecting a professional image, and fostering good customer relations. Teamwork and adherence to company policies, including tardiness and absenteeism, are essential. The role also includes reporting issues to the site supervisor and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license & good driving record.
Must have at least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Positive, upbeat attitude.
Eye for detail.
Desire to serve customers.

Responsibilities

Perform daily checks at several locations, requiring driving.
Perform cleaning duties at a maximum quality level.
Work within production time budgets and supply budgets.
Keep equipment clean and in good operating condition.
Follow all safety rules and participate in the company’s safety program.
Project a professional image and maintain good customer and public relations.
Adhere to company rules, policies, and operating procedures.
Orient towards teamwork in certain locations/working as a part of a team.
Report to the site supervisor any equipment breakdowns, unsafe conditions, customer complaints, and any other problems that may occur.
Adhere to the tardiness and absenteeism policy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
