About The Position

Marsden South has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor! Join an essential company to service the buildings and facilities in your community. Learn new, practical skills and gain experience with on-the-job training. Locations: Panama City and surrounding areas. Shift: Monday to Friday 3pm to 10PM, these hours may be subject to change depending on operational needs. Wage: $18.00/hr.

Requirements

Able to perform the duties of supervised staff.
Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
Must be able to start training immediately.
18 years of age or older.
A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
Previous Lead/Supervisor experience in Janitorial Role a must.
A valid driver's license and a good driving record is required.
Previous experience of cleaning procedures and practices.
Good time management.
Proficient written and verbal English communication.
Strong employee and client focus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Completes regular quality inspections of assigned clients.
Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention.

Asks questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it - champions change when improvements can be made.
Experienced with stocking and replenishing supplies.
Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
