About The Position
The Janitorial Supervisor will oversee and manage janitorial operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in assigned areas. This role involves leading a team, implementing cleaning protocols, and maintaining high standards of service. The position operates on an overnight schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and materials.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work an overnight schedule (Monday - Friday, 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM).
