About The Position

National Aviation Services is seeking a dependable, punctual, and professional janitorial cleaner supervisor to manage teams and clean buildings at the CVG Airport. This is an overnight position, and the applicant must have open overnight availability. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and promotes from within. Requirements

Must clock in/out at the beginning and end of the scheduled shift.
Proper uniform attire is required when reporting to work.
Safety measures must always be taken including wearing mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during assigned shifts and as part of the uniform.
Adhere to rules and regulations outlined in Employee Handbook at all times.
Demonstrate respectful and helpful behavior to fellow employees, airline personnel, passengers, and other company employees working within the assigned area.
Must be capable of reading and understanding flight schedule(s).
Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
Must secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
A valid driver’s license is required by airport authority in order to operate a vehicle or equipment.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have access to reliable transportation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have open overnight availability.

Responsibilities

Assigns tasks to workers and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
Issues supplies and equipment.
Resolves employees’ problems and/or refers matters to manager.
Records employees' hours worked on shift reports.
Completes all necessary BM checklists and/or documentation on a daily basis.
Submits requests for repair of cleaning equipment (if requested by Station Manager).
Requisitions or purchases cleaning supplies and equipment (if requested by Station Manager).
Performs all duties of Building Maintenance Cleaners supervised.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Other duties may be assigned.
