About The Position
Sunshine Cleaning/Pritchard Industries, a leading facility maintenance provider, is seeking a 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor for Orlando International Airport (MCO). This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of airport facilities meet or exceed contractual obligations. The supervisor will oversee janitorial operations, manage staff, assign tasks, ensure quality standards, and address issues during their shift.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Good organization, scheduling, and time management skills
- Experience with all aspects of the Janitorial field including floor care
- Ability to train and supervise employees
- Responsible to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Ability to work extended hours and meet the physical demands of work
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support janitorial staff
- Assign work tasks and ensure proper staffing coverage
- Uphold quality standards and processes to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of airport facilities
- Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use by the start of the next business day
- Address issues in real time
- Serve as the primary point of contact during shift hours
