A Quality Facility Services is hiring an experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team at our Euclid facility. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, hands-on, and ready to take ownership. Requirements

• Previous supervisory, leadership, or team-lead experience strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Stable work history

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employees during the 2nd shift
• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure company standards are met
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Perform quality inspections and final walk-throughs
• Correct issues and ensure the facility is clean, organized, and professional
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Monitor labor hours and help control labor costs
• Conduct daily team huddles and weekly meetings with management
• Communicate schedule, policy, and procedure changes to employees
• Address customer concerns professionally
• Identify employees with potential for additional responsibility and advancement
• Ensure employees have the supplies and equipment needed to perform their jobs
• Work alongside the team and assist with hands-on cleaning when needed
• Partner with management to deliver excellent results for our clients
