AQFS is looking for a dependable, motivated Janitorial Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning team. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and support an evening cleaning team.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Help maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Deliver supplies to job sites as needed.
• Communicate schedules, updates, and expectations to staff.
• Work closely with the Area Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
